Mallory Kroll
Mallory Kroll is a fifth-year student majoring in Economics and minoring in History, a combination that has made her a VERY CHEERFUL AND OPTIMISTIC PERSON (heavy on the sarcasm there). She hails from an entirely forgettable town not far from our charming Wolfville; for all her complaining about her home province she couldn’t bring herself to leave it. Her hobbies include drinking way too much coffee, reminiscing about her study abroad to whoever will listen, staring longingly at the curricula for any degree program other than her own, and adding movies to her to-watch list instead of actually watching what’s already on said list. Between these activities, her involvement in Acadia’s Model UN, and her thesis research, she has very little time left over for her real favourite things to do: watching hockey and reading about politics while complaining about both like a 95-year-old man. She’s disliked every politician she’s ever met and is pretty sure the feeling is mutual. Mallory would LOVE to hear from you, Acadia. If you’d like to write for the Ath, please contact her at [email protected], come to one of our story meetings, or check out our staff page and contact one of our wonderful section editors. If you’d like to get involved with Model UN (#shamelessplug), drop by one of our weekly meetings or contact [email protected] For memes, statistics tutoring, and NHL hot takes, email [email protected]
