7. The Athenaeum Editorial Board
(a) The Athenaeum Editorial Board exists as the group executive of The Athenaeum to handle day-to-day policy decisions and to issue editorials on behalf of The Athenaeum.
(b) The Athenaeum Editorial Board shall be responsible for the editorial content of The Athenaeum.
(c) The Athenaeum Editorial Board will consist of the following voting members:
I. Editor-in-Chief
II. Managing Editor
III. Copy Editor
IV. Production Manager
V. Business Manager
A. The Editorial Board will have the authority to issue Editorials on behalf of The Athenaeum with a simple majority vote (50%+1). Editorials can be retracted by a vote of all paid staff members of The Athenaeum with a 2/3 vote of total paid membership.
