Three years ago, I took a leap of faith and moved from British Columbia to attend Acadia. It was the best decision of my life. The Acadia community is supportive, ambitious, and generous. I love life at Acadia, but it is not perfect. Students have been forced to deal with the stress of university alongside increasing costs. To address these issues my top priorities as your Councillor will be reducing waste in our budget, creating an affordable transit option, bringing in new accountability structures, and reforming our electoral system.
